Our Story: From Vision to Reality
Our love for Usedom began 23 years ago, drawn by its quiet beaches, natural wonders, and warm locals. In 2005, a stroll to Achterwasser led us to Peenehof, which we acquired in 2020. Over two and a half challenging years—amid global events—we transformed this old courtyard into a cozy guesthouse, blending family heirlooms, found treasures, and artworks by friends like Berlin artist HP Adamski www.hp-adamski.de. Renovated ecologically, it harmonizes past and present. Here, silence reigns: the deep, vibrant quiet of whispering stars, sleeping lakes, and dreaming wildlife. For over five years, I've embraced the storms, danced in the rain, and listened to the seasons—without regret. This peace fosters healing, reflection, and connection. (Michéle, 2021)We designed Victor's Farmhouse for adults seeking absolute tranquility, healing, and seclusion—no pets, please, to preserve the calm.

The 6-Person Apartment: Spacious Village Charm
Nestled village-side, this inviting apartment for up to six guests is surrounded by a stone garden and courtyard blooming with colorful shrubs, ground covers, and herbs—my favorite being the vibrant Douglas fir shrub, whose glowing clusters will soon fill the space. Protected by an old brick wall on one side, it opens to neighborhood views on the other.
Ground Floor: Expansive kitchen for cooking and gathering; cozy living room with seating for six, books, records, and a small fireplace; spacious shower bath with tub; bedroom for two.
Attic: Two charming living-bedrooms (green and orange) and a small shower bath finished in traditional Italian "Unico" plaster for a warm, welcoming feel.
Furnished with collector's items, family memories, and Adamski's art, it's eco-renovated for comfort: pleasantly cool in summer, cozily warm in winter—with slippers and sweaters for that countryside vibe. We tweak things occasionally, so expect delightful surprises! Book via: urlaub-usedom.de (4-6 persons) or Airbnb (up to 6).
The 2-Person Apartment: Intimate Orchard Retreat
This cozy haven for two opens to our lush, green courtyard and former orchard terrace. It features a ground-floor bedroom, generous shower bath with tub, compact kitchen-living area, and a bright attic studio with stunning views to Achterwasser.Adorned with personal memorabilia and Adamski's upcycled farm finds, it offers a personal, artistic touch. Enter via the terrace for a private escape. Book via: urlaub-usedom.de (2 persons) or Airbnb (2 persons).

Our field barn, now an artistic space by Lili Nalovi & Jesko Willert, hosts soft music and surprises—opening soon for your enjoyment.Nature thrives here: fruit trees, hedges, flowers, and wildlife, all part of our evolving "potpourri" with historical charm and quirks.
